Independence Day Celebration At BGSIAS
In the gracious presence of Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandhanatha Mahaswamiji and Revered Sri Sri Dr. Prakashanatha Swamiji, BGS International Academia School (BGSIAS) celebrated 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and pride, reflecting the values of freedom and unity. The day began with a march past led by our students, who displayed discipline and patriotism as they carried the national flag. This was followed by a colorful dance performance that showcased India’s diverse cultural heritage, captivating the audience with traditional and contemporary moves. The celebration continued with a soulful patriotic song filling the atmosphere with pride and love for the nation.
The celebration continued with speeches highlighting the importance of independence and the role of students in shaping the future of the country. As a sweet gesture, ladoo sweets were distributed among students, staff and parents, adding a festive touch to the event. Teachers and students collaborated to create a vibrant display of decorations that filled the school with the colors of the national flag.
The event concluded with everyone standing together to sing the national anthem, reaffirming their commitment to the nation. This Independence Day celebration at BGSIAS was a meaningful and joyous occasion, bringing the school community together to honor India’s freedom and its rich cultural legacy.
